Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Alaverve’s returns and refunds policy is designed to provide customers with full confidence when purchasing from our store.
All products sold through our store are covered by statutory consumer rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product you receive is: - Faulty or defective - Not as described - Not fit for purpose
Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the goods are received, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email and clearly state your intention to cancel the purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty product or an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
After this period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement for up to 6 months, provided the issue is not due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed within 7 business days. If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options: - A full refund - A replacement product (subject to availability) - A product of similar value - Store credit for future purchases
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method: - Credit/Debit Card: refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, but may take up to 14 days to appear depending on your card provider. - Bank Transfer: refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will only be issued to the same individual and payment method used for the original purchase.
Return Conditions
Returned items must: - Be unused and in original condition - Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
Returns sent without prior communication, outside the applicable legal timeframe, or not meeting the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
